James Madison Thomas, a musician and photo-artist in St. Petersburg,
Florida, has two passions complementary in todays digital media and
his love for both is running neck to neck. Showing his 16 x 20 stills is a
relatively recent variation that evolved from creating custom DVD slide-shows.
James is a published film-score composer ("Adrift", 1985) and in 2006
co-produced and provided instrumentation for five songs on Leilani Clarks
Never Say Goodbye CD, also doing all the design and photography for that
record. He recently (December, 2007) produced and recorded his own
double-album, thirty-four original compositions comprising the collection,
"Music Unto The Lord". Prints from his book, "Think On These Things" can
be found in pastors' offices all over Florida. He has prints on permanent display
at Villano Music, Palm Harbor Community Church, Seminole First Baptist Church,
Grace Christian Fellowship, Lake Seminole Square, Quality Self Storage,
Mastro Subaru, and has exhibited at H&R Trains, St. Petersburg Public Library,
The Bluegrass Shoppe, Digital Technology Centre, and most recently, The Florida Aquarium.
