Joel Cocker has been producing artwork since he was a young child. Since his early days of painting with his grandfather, taking art lessons as a young boy and studying art in a magnet high school and college, he has learned a great deal about the art industry. Joel finished his art studies in 1999 at Florida State University with a degree in Art Education. He continued to work at the Frame Station & Gallery where he had been since he started high school.

Joel is going on his 16th year in the custom framing industry and is very fortunate to have a job that works so well with his artistic side. He is able to be around artwork daily and keep his creative side working constantly. When presenting his own artwork in shows and for outside commission projects, he only uses the best conservation quality products. He has been blessed to have shown in numerous charity events, social gatherings and art exhibits in Tampa, St. Petersburg, Tallahassee and Melbourne, Florida. Joel's work is always evolving and most recently can be identified by color, energy and strong compositional qualities.
