Graduated from the University of South Florida with a degree in MIS and a self-taught artist, Renee has always been inclined toward the artistic side of life. The youngest of eight sisters and considered "the creative one" in her family, it seemed only natural for her to finally become a part of the art world she so admired.

Her current work consists of two mediums: wax and paper, with an occasional visit with metal and glass. Each piece is an original, signed work. The pieces start out with blank canvas and morph into a conglomerate of layers of wax, paper and acrylic paint applied to give each image depth and texture.
