Dietrich Adonis, currently an Instructor at the International Academy of Design and Technology in Tampa, believes that the creative process is one of constant learning and development in terms of technique and various forms of artistic expression. He gets concepts from reading, listening to music and from imagination. Originally from the US Virgin Islands, Dietrich Adonis has spent over twenty years working in various art communities, including the Philadelphia area.

He is currently exploring the union between technology and fine and applied arts. Dietrich is developing “web-comics”, using traditional as well as digital tools to create sequential art and graphic novels.
